Hows the animal bedding going, I understand from the farming world that with the price of straw reaching record levels that many more users will start to see the advantages of cattle bedding from timber or recycled cattle bedding.

Just finished week 4 of the C25K, had to miss a day on Sunday due to having a nasty cold, but managed to finish off the schedule on Tuesday. Starting week 5 tonight (Help!), so if anyone sees a woman with a toddskips hi-vis jacket running through Thirsk Town Centre, give me a wave! Jodie has also started training as well and seems to be enjoying it! I have been told that the rest of the toddskip ladies (you know who you are!) are starting their training on the 1st March so I will be checking up on them and letting you know the progress
